Creative Embodied Resourcing Thru Image Making

Movement is intrinsic to who we are and as adults we tend to forget returning to our body’s wisdom and intelligence as a place of resourcing.

In this online half-day experiential workshop, through conscious body movement, image-making, and creative writing, you will learn to call on a new kind of inward attention to explore feelings, sensations, intuitions, and body awareness, toward meaningful new encounters with yourself.

This workshop is open to everyone. No art experience is needed.

You will need comfortable clothing, access to Zoom with reliable internet, art materials of your choice (oil pastels, markers, crayons, watercolor + paper), and pen + journal for writing.
